The Nevada Gaming Commission has taken a very important vote for poker players in the state these days.
The Board was about to vote on a series of rules as well as regulations that have been crafted by the Nevada Gaming Control Board. The rules may also set the stage for regulated online poker game by 2012.
Chairman Mark Lipparelli think that if the Gaming Commission is going to approve the rules, the online poker related sites may run before the end of 2012.
Gaming Analyst Steve Schwartz affirmed that online gambling will also be, coming to the United States for years.

As Nevada will regulate the online poker game, it is going to be online a matter of time before many states will follow suit.
Nevada state could possibly have an uphill battle although the Commission will approve the rules later. The United Stated federal laws continue to make it illegal processing the online gambling transactions.
Federal lawmakers are struggling to overturn the 2006 Unlawful Online Gambling Enforcement Act, and the state of Nevada may be waiting until it is complete before their online casinos are being open.
